Also survived by her husband, Charles T. McKenzie; a daughter, Kimberly McKenzie, Meyersdale; and granddaughter, Tara Hartman. A sister of Jeff Grove, Berlin. Dixie was a member of the Amity United Church of Christ, Meyersdale. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Bruce Ashlock officiating. Interment Union Cemetery, Meyersdale. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Meyersdale Area High School Library. Daily American, December 21, 2002
