- FROSTBURG — Wilson Rizer, 38, died at his home, 203 West Main Street, suddenly this morning. Mr. Rizer was the son of Howard and Amanda Rizer, Mt. Savage. He was a member of First Methodist Church and had been an employe at the Amcelle plant of Celanese Corporation for the past 15 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna (Winebrenner) Rizer; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Rankin, Barrelville, and Mrs. Rosetta Greening, and Miss Dorothy Rizer, both of Akron; two brothers, Glenn Rizer, of Cumberland, and Richard Rizer, of Virginia.
