  Notes	Phyllis Ann Wallace, 84, of Tracy's Landing, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at the Brightview South River Senior Living Center, Edgewater. Born on Aug. 3, 1931, in Mount Savage, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Anna (Bishields) Folk. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Walter E. Wallace, in 2015. Phyllis was a retired educator and was a member of St. George's Episcopal Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher. Surviving is her daughter, Michalene McDonald and husband, Hugh; grandchildren, Hugh Andrew McDonald Jr. and wife, Chelsea Ann, John Houston McDonald and Dillon Edward McDonald; brother, William Folk; sister-in-law, Lynda Folk; and beloved dog, Jo Bear. Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Thursday July 28, 2016, from 10 a.m. to noon. A funeral service will be held at noon following the visitation with the Rev. Karen Crosby officiating. Interment will be held in St. George's Episcopal Cemetery. Published in Cumberland Times News, July 26, 2016
