- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Harriett Davison, 98, Frostburg Heights Apartments, died Monday, Oct. IO, 1988, at her residence. Born Jan. 18, 1890, in Eckhart, she was a daughter of the late Thomas G. and Catherine I. (Nelson) Phillips. Her husband, Bousson S. Davison, died in 1972. Mrs. Davison was a former public health nurse and past general manager of the New Martinsville (W.Va.) Hospital. She was a member of Eckhart United Methodist Church. Surviving are a brother, William H. Phillips, Falls Church, Va. ; three sisters, Miss Leona Phillips, Mrs. Fay Holsinger, both of Eckhart, and Mrs. Kathryn Gibson, Oakton, Va., and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be conducted at 9 p m by the Rev. George Uphold. Interment will take place Wednesday in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Washington.
