- Mrs. M. Pearl Jackson, 82, of Meyersdale RD 4, died July 31, 1973, at her home. Born March 18, 1891, in Mt. Savage, Md., she was a daughter of the late Christopher and Catherine (Rizer) Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jackson, June 15, 1973. Surviving are four sons, James of Jackson, Ky.; John Jr. of Columbiana, Ohio; Lawrence and Cecil of Meyersdale RD 3; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was a sister of Howard Martin of Temple, Texas; George Martin, Meyersdale RD 3; Charles Martin, Boardman, Ohio; Louis Martin, Mrs. Geneva Summers and Mrs. Alpha Webb, all of Youngstown, Ohio. Funeral arrangements in charge of Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, are incomplete.
