  Notes	FROSTBURG - William H. Beal, 68, of 95 Spring Street, died yesterday in Miners Hospital following an illness of a year. Born in Clarysville, he was a son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Miller) Beal. He was a member of the Welsh Baptist Church and was a retired Kelly Springfield Tire Company employe. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret (Jones) Beal, five sons, Bryson Beal, Ralph Beal and Lawrence Beal, all of Frostburg; Lester Beal, New York, and Jack Beal, Eckhart; two grandchildren whom he reared, Margaret Jane Beal, at home, and Larry Beal, Cumberland; a brother, Cecil F. Beal, of Ramsey, N. J.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p. m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m.
