- FROSTBURG — Miss Martha (Mattie) Morris, Meshach Frost Village, died yesterday. She had been in failing health the past year. Born in Frostburg, she was a daughter of the late George and Virginia (Adkins) Morris. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and the Sodality. Surviving are a brother, James Morris, Cumberland, and a number of nieces and nephews. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p. m. and where the rosary will be recited today at 7:30 p. m. Requiem mass will be ce!ebrated at St. Michael's Church tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. The Cumberland Evening Times, May 13, 1969
