Jessie Fertig, 58, of Keyser, W.Va., died Feb. 10 in Cumberland Memorial Hospital, Md. Mrs. Fertig was born in Westernport, Md., the daughter of Taylor and Dorothy Wright McKenzie. She was married to Wendell Fertig. Surviving with her husband are two sons, Gregory Fertig and Garrett Fertig, both of Keyser; a sister, Mary Trenum of Winchester; and four grandchildren. A funeral was Saturday at Boal Funeral Home in Westernport with burial in Philos Cemetery. The Winchester Star, February 19, 1985.
