- Mrs. Mary McKenzie, 87, of 717 St. Mary's Avenue, died yesterday in the Allegany County Infirmary. A native of Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Walters) McDermott. Her husband, J. Claude McKenzie, preceded her in death. Mrs. McKenzie was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was an employe of Rosenbaum's Department Store. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John J. Coyle, city; a niece, Mrs. Mary Zarger, city, with whom she formerly resided; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Brannon, city, and Mrs. Minnie Tichnell, University Park, Pa.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at Leasure-Stein Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Cumberland Evening Times, November 11, 1976.
