Notes	FROSTBURG — Philip H. Knepp, 82, of near Eckhart, died yesterday. He had been in failing health three years. Born in Garrett County, he was a son of the late Henry and Susan (Ambrose) Knepp. His wife, Bertha (Blocher) Knepp, preceded him in death. Mr. Knepp was a retired carpenter for the Allegany Ballistics laboratory. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Surviving are five daughters: Mrs. James Beach, Mrs. Olive Thomas, here; Mrs. Clifford Bennett, Eckhart; Mrs. Fred Crowe, Choteau. Mont., and Mrs. Harry Noe, Cleveland, Ohio: three sons, Bernard Knepp, here; Bernell Knepp, Washington, and Harold Knepp, Eckhart; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
