- Mrs. Bertha Agnes Weber, 88, formerly of 507 Greenway Avenue, died yesterday at Western Maryland State Hospital in Hagerstown. Born in Cresaptown, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Alice (Winter) McKenzie. Her husband, Edward J. Weber, preceded her in death. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She is survived by four grandchildren, Mrs. Pamela Chaney, Westernport; Mrs. Elaine McCellan, city; Mark Abe, Ridgeley, and Gregory Abe, Fort Ashby. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. A Christian Wake service will be held at the funeral home today at 8 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated tomorrow at 10 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lester A. Chaney, Lester Chaney, Mark Abe and John McClellan.
