- Mrs. Milton Murry – Pocahontas – Mrs. Emma Murry, 65, wife of Milton Murry, died yesterday in Meyersdale Community Hospital following a long illness. She was born in Greenville Township, Somerset County, March 21, 1891, a daughter of the late Patrick and Rachel (Hutzell) McKenzie. A lifelong resident of Somerset County, she was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Pocahontas. Besides her husband, she is survived by four brothers, Sebastian McKenzie, Avilton; Noah and Jessie McKenzie, Meyersdale; and Patrick McKenzie, Frostburg; and two sisters, Miss Myrtle Mckenzie, and Mrs. Orpha Brown, both of Meyersdale. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church. Interment will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Avilton. The body will be at the residence after 7 pm. Today.
