Mrs. Martha E. Austin, 77, Meyersdale, died Feb. 19, 1972. Born Feb. 21, 1894, she was a daughter of the late John and Sarah Minnick Winebrenner. She was preceded in death by one brother, a sister, two sons and a daughter. Survivng are her husband, Thomas H. Austin; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth A. Hay, Meyersdale; two sons, Raymond, Cumberland, Md; and Gene of Blue Bell (Montgomery County) also three grandchlidren and five great-grandchildren. Mass of the Resurrection was held Tuesday morning in Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with Rev. Clark George officiating.
