- FROSTBURG — Mrs. Edith Garlitz, 86, wife of Olen Garlitz, Longstretch, died Friday night in Miners Hospital. Born in Finzel, she was a daughter of the late Urias and Cordillia McKenzie. Surviving, besides her husband, are two brothers, George McKenzie, Flintstone; Oren McKenzie, LaVale, and a sister Mrs. Orpha Miller, Barberton Ohio. The body is at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. A requiem mass will be celebrated today at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church here and interment will be in the parish cemetery.
