LONACONING - Mrs. Rella G. MacNamara, Detmold Street, died yesterday at her residence. A native of Garrett County, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Rebecca J. (Garlitz) McKenzie. Her husband, John MacNamara, preceded her in death. Mrs. MacNamara was a member of the Auxiliary of the Goodwill Fire Company, the Lonaconing Homemakers Club, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Senior Citizens of Frostburg, St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Sodality. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Metz, of here. The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church and interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery in Garrett County. The rosary will be recited today at 7 p.m. at the funeral home and the Goodwill Fire Company Auxiliary will follow with service at 7:30 p.m. The American Legion Auxiliary will hold a service at 8 p.m. today. He died on 21 Nov 1967 in Lonaconing, Allegany Co., Maryland. LONACONING - John MacNamara, 70, died today at his residence here. Born in Ireland, he was a son of the late Daniel and Minnie (Conroy) MacNamara. He was a retired railway postal clerk and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. His only survivor is his widow, Rella (McKenzie) MacNamara. The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. A requiem mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Church. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
